meticulous in keeping us supplied with wood for the open fire and everyone
particularly the dogs had a great time. Would recommend to anyone.
Hamilton is close for supplies and easy day trips to Grampians and Wannon
Falls. Could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely time! You guys have landed in such a beautiful pocket of the world, and we were rapt to have our own little cottage for the weekend to enjoy it. It far surpassed our expectations! And thank you so much for allowing Kyuss to stay in the stables while we toured the Grampians. We've been to many dog friendly accommodation places before and booked him in at local kennels when we've wanted to go places where dogs aren't allowed. So having him stay on the premises is a brilliant value added treat! I hope you don't mind me having said as much in the review I just left with take-a-break. But that sort of thing means everything to the dog owner. Perhaps it's worth mentioning in your advertisements, because to people with pets, that means everything!

Published Comment: "We really enjoyed our stay with these beautiful people, they were so welcoming and put us at ease straight away, Diana and John truly served us with such joy and accommodated our teenager, young boy of 8 and baby as well as our kelpie who was allowed to make herself at home. The gardens were stunning on the property, with opportunities to take a walk amidst nature or just chill out and read in the parlor. The bedrooms were clean and warm and comfortable with an ensuite to the main bedroom. Hamilton is only 6 kms away with plenty of good restaurants, the RSL being the best value and with a hearty breakfast of cereals, bacon, eggs toast and more toast with Diana's home made jams (ask for the crab apple.. delicious), you will not want a heavy lunch! Your animal will be welcomed too and feel part of the family. Diana and John have a way of welcoming you into their home and making you feel part of the family, yet still maintaining a very professional service, giving you space when you need it and being on hand to help you to really enjoy your visit. And a perfect place to visit with a dog! They have a fully fenced property and let our dog stay comfortably in their undercover stables while we toured the Grampians by day. A very relaxed stay for a dog owner, which has far surpassed our experience with other dog friendly accommodation. Highly recommended!"
